Monet

Claude Monet is probably the best-known painter of the impressionist movement. Indeed, the term “impressionism” was derived from his painting “Impression Rising Sun” (1872). This exhibition retraces the great stages in Monet’s prolific career while dwelling on paintings of this master that cannot be ignored: the “Saint Lazare Station”, the “Poppies near Argenteuil”, the “Haystacks” and the “Rouen Cathedral” exposed all around the world in different museum such as the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston without forgetting his “Water-lilies” exposed at the Orangerie museum in Paris.
