Over three hundred years ago, the first scholar entered the Academy of France in Rome. Since then, a commission selects scholarship holders from all over the world annually. The French Government assures their accommodation within Villa Medici and a solid support in the realization of their projects. This film shows the path of some scholarship holders during their residence at Villa Medici.
