The Jean-Jacques Henner Museum

The Jean-Jacques Henner Museum
Before entering the old 19th century mansion which houses the Jean-Jacques Henner museum, it should be noted that it once belonged to another painter, contemporary of Henner: Guillaume Dubufe. The interest of the museum is thus twofold. On the one hand, the visitor takes a trip back in time through the specifics of a mansion built and decorated under the 3rd Republic. On the other, it reveals the work of Jean Jacques Henner, considered at the turn of the 20th century as one of the most important of his time.
