What is the Arab world? It is not easy to define this expression as it brings together territories as immense as they are diverse, cultures which share common traits but which each have their specificities. The Museum of the Institute of the Arab World endeavors to offer a vision of this world as rich as it is diverse, through numerous archaeological pieces, treasures of history and culture. But also, thanks to contemporary works, which help to tell what the Arab world is today, in a world shaken by cultural globalization and the questioning of the identities inherent in our modern society.
