Frank Skinner and Joan Bakewell return to the surroundings of The Wallace Collection in London for the next round of Portrait Artist of the Year 2018. In this fourth heat another 9 new artists tackle the portraits of actor Stephanie Martini and Conleth Hill and model Rachel hunter in a bid to impress judges Tai Shan Schierenberg, Kate Bryan and Kathleen Soriano. The artist that impresses the most will go through to the semi-final and be in with a chance claiming the prize, a £10,000 commission to paint much loved actress Liverpool-born actress Kim Cattrall for the Walker Galllery in Liverpool.
