Stephen Mangan and Joan Bakewell host the unveiling of Landscape Artist of the Year Winning Commission at London’s Imperial War Museum. We follow the progress of the winner of this year’s Landscape Artist of The Year, as they take on and complete a £10,000 commission from The Imperial War Museum to create an artwork to mark the centenary of The First World War Armistice, and highlight a forgotten battle that took place over a hundred years ago. Following in the footsteps of Sir Stanley Spencer our artist journeys to Greece and Macedonia to learn about the Salonica Campaign, before the completed commission artwork is unveiled at the prestigious museum’s world famous London HQ.
