Who doesn't know Spiderman, Hulk, Captain America and X-Men? These superheroes, born in the American comic book, have marked several generations and have become part of the legend... and of the Angoulême comic book museum! In 2004, the famous comic book creator of Marvel offered to donate more than two million comic books to the museum, including all the comics from the first 50 years of Marvel production... A donation that would place the Angoulême Comics Museum at the head of the collections of printed American comics in Europe.
