This week Stephen Mangan and Joan Bakewell are at the Port of Felixstowe for the Semi-Final of Landscape Artist of the Year. <\/p>\n

Seven semi-finalists have been chosen by Judges Tai Shan Schierenberg, Kate Bryan and Kathleen Soriano, and now they must paint the industrial horizon of Felixstowe Port. Joining them in their all-weather pods is this year\u2019s Wildcard Winner, bringing, the total to eight extremely talented but very different artists all competing for a place in the final and a shot at the grand prize, a \u00a310,000 commission to create a painting for the Imperial War Museum to commemorate the centenary of The First World War Armistice.<\/p>\n
