Frank Skinner and Joan Bakewell return to the surroundings of The Wallace Collection in London for the next round of Portrait Artist of the Year 2018. <\/p>\n

In this fourth heat another 9 new artists tackle the portraits of actor Stephanie Martini and Conleth Hill and model Rachel hunter in a bid to impress judges Tai Shan Schierenberg, Kate Bryan and Kathleen Soriano. <\/p>\n

The artist that impresses the most will go through to the semi-final and be in with a chance claiming the prize, a \u00a310,000 commission to paint much loved actress Liverpool-born actress Kim Cattrall for the Walker Galllery in Liverpool. <\/p>\n
